Food on its own has no meaning. Shape, colour, texture and aroma make food. Presentation adds to attraction but may lead to disappointment after one tastes it. So presentation should not be the main point in selecting an item for consumption. Presentation is advertisement and more a product is advertised, greater are it’s chance of disapproval if it fails to meet the consumers interest. This is methi-kadi and makke ka roti.
